Puffy Star Charm - Brass

Using play as inspiration, this puffy star charm was created to awaken curiosity and imagination. This charm was hand carved in wax and molten into metal using the centuries-old technique of lost wax casting. 

Product Details: 

• Cast in brass
• Charm is approximately 0.5" or 0.7" with attached jump ring
• Optional necklace chain will be 14k gold fill and available in either 16" or 18"

Note: Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and it reacts with oxygen, moisture, and skin oils that can sometimes develop a brownish-green patina. A tip is to coat the inside of the ring with clear nail polish to prevent any skin discoloration. We recommend preventing tarnishing by storing pieces in a cool, dry, air-tight container and avoiding lotions and water. To clean, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth, or a dollop of ketchup and warm soapy water after.
